AAA Contracting/Precision Maintenance is owned and operated by seasoned veterans of the airport and airline community. We are a Newark based company and have a staff with complementary backgrounds in varying fields that provide us the ability to meet a wide range of needs for our customers. We provide a complete range of commercial and industrial construction and facility maintenance services in the New York and New Jersey area.

Established in 1998, AAA Contracting began providing services to the aviation industry with minor mechanical repairs and now oversees major renovation projects at all three of the area airports (EWR, LGA, JFK) as well as in the commercial sector. Our team of technicians are licensed and certified in electrical, HVAC, plumbing and welding services. Skilled carpenters, painters and masons support our construction projects.

We are committed to the health and growth of our company and as a result, much of the revenues we receive are reinvested in the company to improve the product we provide our clients. Our management has an extensive background in the industry and understands the complexities and the day-to-day issues that can affect the performance and success of our customers.

Since the beginning, AAA Contracting has focused on providing quality service to our clients whether it is repairing a minor electrical problem for a storeowner or completing a major renovation project for a concession management company.
